CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR THE DAMN PHONE

AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER, I NEEDED TO CANCEL IT. DUE TO A MEDICAL EMERGENCY WITH MY WIFE. I WAITED ON LINE 20 MINUTES THE SECOND TIME. 2 AND 1/2 HOURS AGO, I CALLED AND PRESSES THE BUTTON FOR A CALL BACK. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. SO I CALLED ABOUT 3 HOURS LATER. EVEN THOUGH I WAS FIRST IN LINE. THE PERSON I TALKED TO DID NOT HANDLE UGLY STIK. SO I WAS TRANSFERRED AND PLACED ON HOLD AGAIN! IT TOOK ME OVER 3 HOURS TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEBODY THERE. BUY THAT TIME IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED!

Cannot get in touch with company

Have emailed twice, and called twice. No response from emails. On phone 30 minutes first time without answering. 2nd time phone call was cut off after 27 minute wait. Trying to resovle a warranty issue without having to send reel in. Also question about interchangeability of parts. Absolutely no customer service.

User's recommendation: Do not buy Pflueger products.

Abu Garcia BMAX3/661M Black Max Fishing Rod and Baitcast Fishing Reel Combo, 6.5 Feet, Medium Power, One Piece purchased in April via Amazon. The top broke right off. I am so disappointed in your product! Do you stand behind your products in any way?
